The Environment

P B Design has set Environmental policies and has been awarded certification to BS EN ISO14001. We are a registered carrier of controlled waste and can remove spent systems from site and/or store at our works as appropriate until final disposal/recycling through approved channels. At PB Design, we recognise our duties under current health and safety legislation and through the way we work and behave, all of our employees and stakeholders will be protected from risks of occupational injury or ill health. 

It is our intent to demonstrate an ongoing commitment to improving health and safety at work throughout our company by employing best practice wherever possible.

PB Design considers health and safety to be at the core of all business activity and we recognise that without achieving excellence in health and safety performance we cannot hope to achieve our commercial goals.

We will identify workplace hazards and encourage a culture of open two-way communication between management, our workplace and stakeholders, on all matters relating to health and safety ensuring robust control of identified hazards. 

The company will provide adequate resources to ensure that all employees are aware of their health and safety responsibilities. They will be adequately trained and be competent to carry out their duties in a safe and effective manner. 

Senior management will demonstrate leadership and be actively involved in health and safety matters ensuring that the highest standards are demonstrated and expected of all employees. Risks will be assessed and action will be taken to reduce and control these risks to an acceptable level to minimise the potential for accidents. 

PB Design will ensure we comply with latest legislation and will monitor, review our performance to ensure the highest standards are achieved and maintained.
