As we embark on a new chapter in our company’s journey, we are excited to announce several strategic changes to our senior leadership team that will enhance our capabilities and expertise.
The PB Design Board has appointed Scott Edsall, our current Strategy & Technical Director, as our new Managing Director effective April 1st. Scott has been with PB Design for nearly 7 years and has most recently been instrumental in forming our future strategy around our new modular industrial product line and our innovative EV Charging solutions. As we move forward, Scott will lead the team in expanding our focus on net zero technologies, responding to global climate challenges at a critical time.
After 10 years of successfully leading PB Design through employee ownership, Mark Crocker is stepping down from his current position as Managing Director to enjoy a well-deserved early retirement and looks forward to pursuing his passion for photography. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mark for his leadership and valuable contributions over the past decade. He will remain with the business in a Board-level role, providing consistency and constructive support to the new leadership team.
Joining the senior leadership team is Scott Commons as Operations Manager. Scott has been with PB Design since 2007, starting as a wireman over 17 years ago. Most recently, he served as our QHSE Manager & Continuous Improvement Champion, developing innovative ideas to continuously enhance our operational efficiency.
Also joining the senior leadership team is Sandy Mace as Technical Manager. Sandy brings extensive experience in delivering medium to large projects, change management and innovative solutions that enable business growth. With a proven track record of bringing key innovations to market in parking solutions, such as QR mobile payment applications and Android payment terminals, Sandy will play a vital role in shaping our technical strategy and driving our business forward.
With these additions, the PB Design senior leadership team consisting of Scott Edsall, Zach Campbell, Neil Howlett, Sandy Mace and Scott Commons is well positioned to deliver on our business growth strategy and drive our continued success.
