Key Responsibilities:

  • To organise & complete service visits according to manufacturer’s recommendations.
  • To position, install, repair and commission equipment at customer sites.
  • To return maintenance documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
  • To survey customer sites for asset management purposes.
  • To advise Head Office of any sales opportunities identified during the course of duties.
  • To provide technical support to colleagues & customers as required

The Candidate

You should be a physically able, analytical person. Able to problem solve under pressure and be passionate in electrical/electronic fault finding. Your communication skills should be clear with any person from the MD, to Site Manager, to your fellow engineers. Timely reporting is key. Qualifications in Health and Safety, accreditation for UKPN/National Grid and/or London Underground would be useful.
